1. Community-Guided Decision Making: I firmly believe that the heart of our community lies in the voices of its residents. If elected, I will champion community-guided decision making, actively seeking input from every corner of Huntersville. Together, we will forge a shared vision for the future, making decisions that truly reflect the needs and aspirations of our residents.
2. Responsible Growth: As our town continues to develop, it is crucial to prioritize responsible growth that preserves the unique charm of our community while ensuring economic prosperity. I will work tirelessly to strike the right balance between progress and preservation, ensuring that our town remains a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family.

Additional areas of focus for my campaign are:

• Smart Spending – Are we making good choices with YOUR tax dollars? Where can we reduce costs while offering more services? Where is the 29.6% tax increase voted in by the current board for 2025 going?
• Public Safety – Are there morale issues within our police department? We need to fix them. How can we get to the point of being fully staffed? All schools should have their own full-time School Resource Officer. We must keep our kids safe. Why doesn’t North Mecklenburg have our own magistrate? Let’s make that happen!

With a background in accounting/finance and small business ownership, I bring a pragmatic approach to fiscal matters while understanding the challenges faced by local entrepreneurs. As a parent, I am deeply invested in securing a safe and prosperous community for our children to thrive and want desperately to leave them a town they will want to call home as they become adults themselves.
